Cutover and DNS Update
Final sync completed. DNS MX records updated to point to Exchange Online. All devices reconfigured to connect to new platform. Cutover typically completed within 2 hours.
Device Reconfiguration
Outlook reconfigured on all desktops and laptops. Mobile email updated on iOS and Android devices. Any third-party email clients reconfigured. Users confirmed able to send and receive.
