Data Wipe
All storage media is wiped to NIST 800-88 or CESG standards. The wipe process is logged with device serial number and timestamp.
Verification
Wipe completion is verified and documented. Any device where wipe cannot be confirmed is physically destroyed.
Certificate Issued
A certificate of destruction is issued for every device, including device details, wipe method, and date. Sent to you within 5 working days.
Register Updated
The decommissioned device is removed from your asset register with a full disposal record. Your inventory stays accurate.
