Getting Started Action Plan

Pre-Workshop Survey
We send a short survey to participants before the session to understand their current AI knowledge, concerns, and the tools they already use, so we can tailor the content appropriately.
Content Customisation
We customise the workshop content to reflect your industry, the AI tools your organisation uses, and the specific roles of the participants attending the session.
Half-Day Workshop Delivery
The workshop runs for approximately four hours, combining short presentations with hands-on exercises and group discussion. Maximum 15 participants per session for quality interaction.
Q and A and Discussion
A dedicated Q and A session allows participants to raise specific concerns, ask about tools they have heard of, and discuss how AI applies to their particular work challenges.
Personal Action Plans
Each participant completes a personal action plan during the session identifying the AI tools and techniques most relevant to their role and the steps they will take to apply them.
30-Day Follow-Up
We check in with participants 30 days after the workshop to answer questions that have arisen in practice and share additional resources based on the tools they have been exploring.
